오아시스 대표곡들 don’t look back in anger,wonderwall,whatever 소개

영국을 대표하는 국민밴드죠 밴드 오아시스에 대해서 얘기해볼까하는데요.락의 불모지라 불리는 우리나라에서도 굉장히 인기가 많은 밴드로 라디오헤드,뮤즈와 더불어 락 음악의 입문용 밴드로 많이 추천되는 밴드입니다.

오아시스에 대해서는 간단하게 소개부터 하자면 우선 갤러거 형제에 대해서 얘기를 안할수가 없습니다.

오아시스 대부분의 곡을 만들어낸 천재 작곡가이자 기타리스트인 형 노엘 갤러거와 오아시스의 보컬이죠 동생 리암갤러거가 주축인 밴드입니다.

1990년도에 결성을 하고 음악활동을 시작했습니다.앨범을 발표하기전 싱글곡이 인기를 끌면서 이름을 떨치게 되는데요 이때 나온 싱글곡이 live forever 입니다.

아직도 가끔씩 듣는 곡인데 벌써 나온지가 30년이나 되었네요.그때 당시 영국경제가 불황기에 있던 시기라 그와 맞물려 희망을 노래하는 이 곡이 더욱 더 주목을 받으며 인기를 끌었었습니다.

그러다가 정식으로 싱글곡으로 유명했던 몇몇 곡들을 모아서 정규 1집앨범을 발매하게 되면서 앨범도 엄청많이 팔리고 그때부터 영국 국민밴드라는 소리를 듣게 됩니다.

정규 2집을 발표하면서 아마 이때가 오아시스 최고의 전성기였다고 생각합니다. 영국에서 역사상 다섯번째로 많이 팔린 앨범이며 1집에 비해서 사운드도 더 풍성해지고 그래서 평론가들은 물론 대중성까지도 겸비한 최고의 밴드라는 소리를 듣게 됩니다.

2집에 수록된 곡이 오아시스 최고의 히트송이자 영국국민 노래인 don't look back in anger 입니다.

전세계에서도 2500만장 이상 팔린 엄청난 앨범으로 이때부터 세계적으로 유명한 밴드로도 이름을 날리게 됩니다.

2집에 수록된 곡은 다 유명해서 일일히 나열하기도 힘들정도인데요 wonderwall,샴페인 슈퍼노바 등등 다들 한번쯤은 들어보셨던 곡들이죠?

아 그리고 1집과 2집 앨범 사이에 나온 싱글곡중에서 whatever라는 곡도 빼놓을 수 없습니다.오아시스 곡중에서 엄청 유명한 명곡이죠.
